How to find us:  

Personal training can be done at my regular gym located in Bugis Area or at your home. Give me a buzz and we can discuss what's the best fit for you!

Gym in Bugis Area

Fully equipped gym with showers and lockers. The gym has a cozy ambiance and is ideal for one on one coaching. The energy is very positive with all clientle focused on training. There are no "posers" or "machine hoggers" that plague the other large commercial gyms. After your workout, go for a relaxing swim or have a dip in the Jacuzzi!!

Training at your Home or Condo Gym

If you wish to train in the comfort of your own home, I can advise you on the basic equiptment needed. With my vast experinece, I can help improvise exercises so that you can still get the maximum benefits and results!

I'm a certified Freelance Personal trainer with over 15 years experience. Though working at World Gym, I have accumulated extensive experiece in the areas of Bodybuilding and Competitive Bodybuilding. I have also gained much coaching skills in areas of fitness and functional training while working at the British Club Gym. I am always upgrading my knowledge and skills. Though the years I have also learnt the skills of adaptation and improvisation in exercise prescription beacuse WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT!
